Inspection - After receipt of blower, we will inspect and/or disassemble your blower. A repair quotation will be prepared and sent back to your attention. We will not proceed with rebuilding the unit until a formal order is placed. If the blower is not rebuilt, it becomes the property of powderconveying.com or can be shipped back collect to your facility plus a $100 dollar charge (the blower may be disassembled). Warranty - Repaired units carry a full year warranty from the date received back at your plant. Warranty is denied if any of the following conditions are determined by powderconveying.com at time of disassembly: misapplication, improper storage, unauthorized customer repair, ordinary wear, harsh environments, improper lubrication or storage. Terms - Inspection is completed at no cost. We ask that freight be prepaid to and from our repair facility. Repair terms net 30 days.
